RETURN POLICY
If you are not pleased with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund of the purchase price within 14 days of receiving your merchandise.  We will promptly administer your refund upon receipt of your package.
Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs
Please report damage or quality issues within 5 business days of delivery.  We reserve the right to reject the return when a customer service inspection is necessary.
Returns must be authorized (See request return form)
Return Authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box

Returns will not be accepted under these conditions:
Returns made without authorizations
No returns on sale merchandise
Special orders may not be returned
No refund will be given if item is not saleable, if has been used, laundered, damaged, smells of smoke, or is not in its’ original packaging, including printed inserts.

FEES AND CHARGES
Improperly repackaged items will be charged $10.00 per item.  We suggest you only open ONE to make sure product meets your standards.
Returns that are unauthorized (if we accept) are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
